We work with only the best shipping providers to ensure swift and secure delivery of your order. We currently hold a 99% on time delivery rate, so it’s no wonder why 98% of our customers would buy from us again!
Delivery Costs
- Standard Local Delivery – Free of Charge
- Standard next day delivery to the rest of Ireland including Northern Ireland (Up to 31 Kgs) – € 12.00
- Standard next day delivery to the rest of Ireland including Northern Ireland (31 – 62 Kgs) – €20.00
- Standard next day delivery to Great Britain – € 15.00
- Worldwide – Please contact us for a quote at shipping-quotes@odonnellcommercials.ie prior to ordering.
Dispatch
When you shop on odonnellcommercials.ie, we provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be dispatched. This estimated date can vary based on stock availability. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
- If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday
- If we find our stock has been miscalculated, then the delivery times are usually delayed no more than 24 hours more than usual delivery times.
When your order is dispatched from odonnellcommercials.ie, you will be sent an email confirming your parcel has been handed to the carrier and you can rest assured that it’s on its way.
Collection at O Donnell Commercials Depot
Click and Collect at our depot is available to anyone at anytime during normal working hours.
Next Day Delivery
Order before 5pm (UTC +0) on products by selecting Standard next day delivery at the checkout and provided these items are in stock you will get your order on the next working day. Delivery policy – Orders placed after 1pm will take an additional working day for delivery. Next day delivery is an expedited shipping service that is available to our customers in Ireland on working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is an affordable, secure and efficient delivery method.
Free Delivery
Standard free local delivery only applies if you are within the free delivery area. This will be calculated at checkout.
Large or oversized items are exempt from Free Delivery and may carry an oversize charge.

Customs and Import Duties
Depending on where your order is being shipped to, your odonnellcommercials.ie parcel may be subject to Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict what these charges will be and these fees are not included in your odonnellcommercials.ie order total. If charges should apply to your order, you will be contacted directly from the Customs office with details.

O Donnell Commercials.ie have chosen to work with only the best shipping providers and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from odonnellcommercials.ie, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control. We currently hold a +99% on time delivery rate and we always monitor the performance of our carriers closely to ensure the best possible service for our customers. Additional Information – Delivery Policy
When your order is dispatched from odonnellcommercials.ie, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We may dispatch your order from multiple warehouses and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email for each package. We’ll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.
If your order is being shipped via an express or tracked shipping service, we’ll include your tracking number in our dispatch notification email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
